Au mtu anatupa ganda la Big jiii, au pipi yoyote ile, anatema makohozi mahali ambapo watu wanapita, anakunywa maji ya chupa, kisha anatupa chupa tupu eti tu kwa sababu kuna watu wanaziokota. Hivi tunaelekea wapi?
Kuna gharama gani kwa mtu kutupa takataka mahali panapostahili????
